April 30, 1813: Robert Wilbourn witnesses the will of Baker Legrand; wife: Mary; children: Salley Crawley Legrand, William Lewis Legrand, Judith Baker Legrand; executors: wife Mary, John Booker, friend, and William Legrand, son; rec: October 17, 1814 (Will Book 4, p. 537+)

January 20, 1817 (recorded): Thomas Wilbourne witnesses will of William C. Fleming, which mentions Dr. Vaughn and one Beverly; it indicates he took his own life (Will Book 5, p. 150)

November 2, 1819: Thomas Wilbourne witnesses will of Eleanor Rice. Her children: stepson Josiah M. Rice and John Rice; executors: Josiah M. Rice; other witnesses: John Foster Sr. and Nathaniel Price; rec: May 21, 1821 (Will Book 5, p. 523)

April 23, 1825: Robert Wilbourne writes up his will. Wife: Elizabeth; sons: William L. and Thomas; executors: wife Elizabeth and sons Thomas and William L. Wilbourne; wit: David Anderson, Mary Glenn, and Martha Baldwin; rec: September 19, 1825 (Will Book 6, p. 239)
