November 29, 1752: Duke Wilburn, plaintiff v. Edward Hore, defendant; assault and battery; the suit is dismissed (p. 93)
May 29, 1753: On the petition of Mary Bradford v. Edward Wilburn, judgment is granted the petitioner against the said defendant for three pounds, four shillings and six pence, current money and costs (p. 113)
May 29, 1753: Ann Hancock, plaintiff v. Robert Marshall, defendant, in trespass. This day came the parties by their attorneys, as also came a jury, namely John Reaves, Edward Gwatkins (sic), John Northcutt, Lewis Reno, William More, Isaac Foster, Edward Wilburn, Nathaniel Overall, Moses Bland, William Askins, Humphrey Pope, and Joseph Davis, who being elected, tried and sworn to say the truth of and upon the issue between the parties aforesaid, joined upon their oaths do say the defendant is not guilty of the trespass in the manner and form as the plaintiff in her declaration against him doth complain. It is therefore considered by the court that the plaintiff take nothing of her Bill, but be in mercy for her false clamor and that the defendant go hence without day (sic) and that he recover of the plaintiff his costs by him about his defence (sic) in his behalf laid out and expended (p. 117)
March 26 1755: Nathaniel Overall, plaintiff, v. John Farrow, defendant, in debt} this day came the parties aforesaid by their Attorneys aforesaid and the jurors of the jury, to wit: Philemon Waters, William Dulin, Edward Wilburn, John Gibson, William Pickett, Thomas Reno, James Young, Edward ball, Brerton Jones, John Ashby, John Simms, John Finney . . . .
