In the name of God Amen, I John Wilburne of Way=noake, in Prince George County in Virga Plantor, being verry eak of body but of perfect Mind & Memory, Blessed bee The almighty for the Same, doe make & Ordaine This My last will & Testament in the manner & fforme following (Vizd)
Imprs.I doe willingly & freely comend my Soul to God That gave it mee, hopeing for Eternal Salvation, Throu-The merritts of my Blessed Saviour Christ Jesus, as for my body, I recommend it to ye Earth, its first Orrigins to bee Decently buryed at The Discression of my Exrs. Hereafter named & for The Temporale Estate, god Hath Endowed mee with, I dispose of in manner & forme following;
My desire is That Major Cha Goodrich bee paid forty shileings Currt. Mony Out of my estate, That I now Stand Justly Indebted to him.
Item, I give & bequeath unto my Dear & Loving Son John Wilburn all & singular my Estate boath Reale & personal, after all Just Debts bee first paid hereby appointing & Ordaining my verry good Friend Mr. Richard Pigeon to bee my Sole & Only Exer. Of This my last Will & Testament, hereby revoaking all former wills or Rightings Whatsoever, Whereof I doe here =untoSett my hand & Seal This 4th of Octobr. 1712.
