1815. Estate, 1816. Owned 275 acres adjacent Wright, near APX (20 SE)

Wilbourn, Thompson. 1798-1814. Bought: 1798 185 acres from S. Hn (Samuel Hancock?). 1813/1814; Location: residence Hatcher’s cr. (12SE).

1815-1819. Sold: 1819 – 151 acres (10E) on Hatcher’s cr (10NE) to Nathan Ayres, Jr.

Bought: 1816 50 acres adjacent Lackland on APX (20SE) from Charles Watkins. 1817 – 275 acres adjacent Lackland from Robert Scott and c. 1818 – 218 acres and ½ adjacent John Hardiman from William Rakes, executor.

1819 – 2 and ½ acres from Zaddock Lackland; also, 218 acres adjacent Hardiman from William Rakes, executor; also 50 acres adjacent Hardiman from Robert J. Gillespie and others.

1820 – ?318 and ½ acres on APX (20 SE), Gunnally (sic) Wilborn should be charged; also 212 acres on SRR (10SW) from Rakes, executor.

1821 – 12 acres adjacent Matthew Cox (20SE) new grant. In 1824, adjacent Cox’s estate.

1826 – 95 acres on APX (18SE) from William Woodson’s estate. 1828 – 48 and ½ acres on APX (18SE) from Robert Boaz, formerly W. Woodson’s.

1830 – 30 acres on WRR (15 SE) from Elizabeth adams, supposed estate of Richard Adams.

1831 – 100 acres adjacent T. Lackland (18SE), from J. B. Woodson.

1832 – 80 acres from Cox.

1834 – 25 acres near New Canton (23NE) from Richard Cunningham (sbs); also owned 12 acres adjacent Joseph Self, adjacent Dennis Lackland in 1837 (18SE) from Joseph Self; also 1 and ½ acres adjacent Dl (?) Self from Dl (?) Self; also 77 and ½ acres adjacent Stratton (15 SE) from Stratton and wife.

1835 – 40 acres, 3 roods and 9 poles from Nathaniel Penick and wife. 1836 – 40 aqnd ¾ acres from Phelps; also 62 and ¼ acres from Phelp’s heirs;

Sold: 1834 – 30 acres (15SE) to Joseph Self.
1838 – 40 acres to Marmaduke Gannaway
